Short Story - “The German Shepherd”
This story is mainly inspired by the worlds of All Dogs Go To Heaven and Warrior Cats. I have always been fascinated with animals, connecting with them more than people. When I was a kid, I watched a lot of animal movies such as The Lion King, Balto, The Fox and the Hound, and more. I’ve always loved to write, and I enjoyed writing about things I knew.
The story is set in an afterlife for wolves and dogs called The Pack of Stars. The main character is an unnamed German Shepherd, and the story begins with her receiving a mission from her leaders to subdue a former member of the pack who made off with a sacred amulet.
This story is very special to me, and it remains one of the best things I’ve ever written.
